Once you have found the right location, in order to ensure that the conditions are right, we carry out a geotecnical report. Later on, we build a solid base –made of concrete or bricks- of from 32 up to 40 inches, which guarantees a perfect isolation from possible humidities.

   On this base, we build the house, according to the finishing qualities you have previously chosen for your home.

   About its placement, you don´t have to worry about the climate. Our houses are bioclimatic. This means that they can keep a regular and constant temperature the whole year long.

   This important characteristic is due to the isolating method that we employ, which happens to offer a really high level of performance. Additionally, we install wooden windows featuring doble-coated glasses “Climalit”, which enhance even more the isolation properties of our constructions.

  Outside, the options for wooden houses consist in flat or curved trunk of diferent thickness (from 0.8 up to 3.4 inches) and widths, assembled by “tongue and groove” joints.

  The outer wall´s core is made of solid board (going from 3.9 inches up to 5.9) inserted every 23 inches. This board separates rock wool blocks os the same thickness, which confere an extra thermoacoustical isolation.

  Antistretch OSB board, along with an anticondensation elastic membrane.

  Interior finish made of board (from 0.6 up to 1.1 inches thick) or plaster (0.6 inches thick), which also serves as a wall for the inner air camera. This camera is designed to contain all the plumbing and electricity instalations.

  When it comes to the external termination, you can choose between flat or curved trunk, plaster (cement), natural or artificial stone. You can even combine this different materials according to your taste. The limit is your fantasy.

   Once inside the house, you may want to consider combining wooden floors with tiles, sandstone or any other material, in order to create different atmospheres which reflect your inner necessities.

   Solid doors in pine wood, wooden windows with double-coated glasses “Climalit”, Velux windows, finishings in wood and/or plaster and/or artificial stone, that will help to turn your house into a real home.
